At Alifve Tea, we want you to enjoy every cup. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us a photo of the issue and your order number at admin@alifve.com  and we will replace the item or offer a refund.

Freshness & Quality

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened packages.
However, if you are not satisfied with the quality, please reach out. We will review each case and do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
